JAI TM-2040GE
JAI TM-2040GE Product Description:
The TM-2040GE is a compact, high-resolution (2 Megapixels) monochrome progressive scan CCD camera with a dual-tap front-end, automatic channel balancing, GigE Vision digital output, and a high frame rate of 34 fps at 1600 x 1200 resolution. A single-tap mode at 17 fps is user selectable. The TM-2040GE features the Kodak KAI-2020 1" CCD imager for high image quality and sensitivity. The TM-2040GE delivers an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio of >58 dB in typical operation. A high performance front-end provides 12-bit linear output, or can be set to generate 10-bit/8-bit images modifiable by a patent-pending, built-in look-up table (LUT). Other features include image center partial scanning (600, 300, or 150 lines), user-definable variable partial scanning (any number of lines with any starting point), flexible 2X binning (horizontal, vertical, or both), defective pixel compensation, and a PIV mode.
A user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI), provided as part of the camera’s extensive software development kit (SDK), allows users to control various camera functions.
The SDK also provides functions for controlling the grabbing of images, and configuring local I/Os, by means of an integrated API and a set of powerful C++ classes. Changes in the camera’s acquisition modes automatically update the API for easy image acquisition. CPU usage is only a few percent, thanks to the TCP/IP offload engine.
Dimensions (H x W x L): 51 x 51 x 85 mm
